The Prize of the Akim of the Karaganda region "Til Zhanashyry" (hereinafter referred to as the Prize) is awarded in order to enhance the public role and significance of the state language, stimulate and provide support to persons who have contributed to the development of languages and the implementation of state language policy.
Applicants for the Prize can participate in the following nominations:
nomination "Til maitalmans" - among citizens engaged in creative activities and representatives of the intelligentsia over 35 years old who have made a significant contribution to the development and popularization of the state language, as well as who are the developers and implementers of educational, cultural and educational programs, methodological manuals participating in the organization of cultural events aimed at expanding the use of the Kazakh language in various spheres of society;
nomination "Memlekettik til - memlekettik Kyzmette" - among state and civil servants, freelance specialists working in state institutions, for a significant contribution to expanding the scope of the state language in state and budgetary organizations of the region;
nomination "Til zharshysy" - among representatives of the print media in the state and Russian languages, including freelancers for systematic, high-quality coverage of topical problems of state language policy, for the uniqueness and professionalism of material presentation;
nomination "Uzdik telekhabar" - among representatives of electronic media in the state and Russian languages for organizing special and high-quality television broadcasts on topical issues in the implementation of state language policy, for a creative approach and originality of presentation of materials;
nomination "Zhas polyglot" - among young people from 14 to 29 years old who are fluent in the state, Russian and English languages, have certificates, diplomas, certificates and other awards at competitions, Olympiads, projects of regional, regional, republican and international levels;
nomination "Til bilgiri" - among young people of different ethnic groups aged 14 to 29 years old, fluent in the state language, who are winners and winners of prizes in regional and republican competitions;
nomination "Memlekettіk tіl - business" - among representatives of small and medium-sized businesses for their contribution to the promotion of national values and expanding the scope of the state language when carrying out entrepreneurial activities in the region;
nomination "Uzdik ogytushy" - among teachers who have achieved success in teaching the state language to the adult population, using advanced technologies, new methods of teaching languages, who are the authors of unique teaching aids.
Documents for participation in nominations:
1) resume, autobiography, recommendation-characteristics of the institution;
2) high quality photographs of an official, unofficial format, also in the process of work (including necessarily in electronic format);
3) a copy of the identity card;
4) a project proposal for the development and improvement of the state language;
5) high-quality copies of documents and materials confirming the merits achieved in the development of the state language and other languages of the people of Kazakhstan (certificates, diplomas, letters of thanks, certificates, articles, publications, certificates of participation in thematic TV shows, programs and their CD / DVD copies) ... Documents are provided only based on the results of the work carried out over the past 3 years.
Materials of applicants for the award "Til Zhanashyry" are accepted at the address: Karaganda, st.
