If a job seeker has not found a suitable job (at least three vacancies) within ten working days from the date of applying to the employment center, they can register as unemployed.
An unemployed person has the right to:
1) free receipt from employment centers:
- consulting and information services;
- services for finding a suitable job;
directions for participation in active measures to promote employment funded by the government;
- social professional orientation services;
- information about yourself contained in the unified information base of the labor market;
2) social benefits in case of job loss, if he was a participant in the compulsory social insurance system;
3) targeted social assistance;
4) compulsory social health insurance.
Registration as a "job seeker" is carried out in the presence of an EDS (electronic digital signature) by submitting an application through the e-government web portal, following the instructions:
1.Log in to the portal egov.kz;
2.Select the service "registration of job seekers" in the section " Employment and employment;
3.Order the service online and fill in all your information in the first step (fill in all fields);
4.Then fill in the information about your experience and skills;
5.Sign the service with an EDS or one-time password.
You can track the processing status of your application in your merchant profile. After submitting the application, the request is sent to the KSU" employment Center of the city of Shakhtinsk "in the EIS STS (unified information system of the social and labor sphere)"labor Market".

There is no state service for accepting documents for transferring children between pre-school educational organizations. Therefore, to get a place in another preschool educational organization, the parent must implement the following algorithm of actions:
- register the child in the electronic database of the order of children for admission to preschool educational organizations through the portal indigo24.kz as part of the state service " placing on the waiting list of preschool children (up to 6 years) for referral to preschool organizations»;
- putting the child in the order, the parent has the ability to receive electronic submission in the presence of free places in preschool organizations of education through the my account portal indigo24.kz;
- received an electronic direction of the new preschool organization, a parent must apply for waiver of a place in the primary organization from which the child leaves;
- then the parent applies to a new preschool educational organization and provides the necessary list of documents for receiving the state service acceptance of documents and enrollment of children in preschool organizations.
