Construction is the most important social and economic sector. The pace of development of this sphere largely determines both the dynamics of the region's economy and the quality of life of people.
The state institution "Administration for Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Karaganda Region" (hereinafter referred to as the Administration) carries out the construction and reconstruction of communal property, the development of architecture and urban planning.
To ensure economic growth in the construction of the Karaganda region, the planned indicators for 2020 for two target indicators (volume of construction work and services; commissioning of residential buildings) have been achieved.
According to operational statistics for 2020, the volume of construction work (services) in the Karaganda region was performed in the amount of 466.3 billion tenge, which is 6.9% more than in 2019, due to the construction of transport, large industrial facilities and the implementation of infrastructure projects in within the Nurly Zhol program, as well as housing construction within the Nurly Zher program.
In terms of the volume of construction work, the region ranks third in the Republic, it accounts for 9.5% of the republican volume.
In 2021, it is planned to ensure an increase in the volume of construction work up to 103.2% (485.8 billion tenge).
The priority direction of the Department is the implementation of state policy in the field of improving the housing infrastructure.
At the end of 2020, in the course of the implementation of the state program of housing construction "Nurly Zher" in the Karaganda region, 529.4 thousand square meters were put into operation at the expense of all sources of financing. housing (6.3 thousand apartments), which is 125.8% of the actual 2019.
Of the total volume of commissioning, 26% falls on individual housing (138 thousand m2), 46% on commercial (243 thousand m2) and 28% - on public sector housing (148 thousand m2).
At the end of the year, 148.0 thousand square meters were commissioned at the expense of the budget. public housing, the growth was 97% to the level of 2019 (in 2019 - 75.0 thousand square meters of housing). The increase in b is due to the beginning of the implementation of the regional program of housing construction 50/50, in which housing construction is carried out on a parity basis between the regional and local budgets.
In 2021, it is planned to commission 662.0 thousand square meters of housing from all sources of financing, or 125% to the level of 2020 (commissioning of about 6.8 thousand apartments.
Of the commissioning volume, 23% falls on individual housing (157 thousand m2), 54% on commercial (355 thousand m2) and 23% on public sector housing (150 thousand m2).
For the development of socially significant objects of the Karaganda region.
In 2020, 8 socially significant facilities were commissioned, including:
- within the framework of the development of health care facilities, the construction of two medical outpatient clinics in the village of Shakhterskoye of the Nurinsky district and in the village of Karagaili of the Karkaralinsky district was completed;
- as part of the development of educational facilities, the construction of two schools for 1200 students in microdistrict 30 in Karaganda and for 900 places in the city of Zhezkazgan and the construction of an extension (gym) to secondary school No. 1 in Karazhal was completed;
- within the framework of the development program, the construction of two office buildings was completed in the years. Satpayev, Karkaralinsk and the Unified Coordination Center of Karaganda.
This year, 34 facilities are under construction, including 11 educational facilities, 3 cultural facilities, 9 sports facilities, 9 healthcare facilities, 2 veterinary facilities.
Of these, the following objects are planned to be completed in 2021:
- hostel of the Karkaralinsky agricultural college;
- an extension to the boarding school lyceum (former KTL school for girls) in Karaganda;
- Children and Youth Youth in the city of Karaganda;
- Palace of schoolchildren in Satpayev;
- kindergarten in Satpayev;
- 2 schools in the city of Karaganda, in the village of Kiik, Shet district;
- a gym for a school in Saran;
- an extension to the building of the Zhezkazgan Historical and Archaeological Museum;
- historical and cultural complex of Zhoshy khan, Zhezkazgan;
- networks of engineering and communication infrastructure to the Visit Center and Museum "Ulytau" of the Ulytau region;
-5 health and fitness center in Zhezkazgan, Shakhtinsk, Botakara village of Bukhar-Zhyrau district, Karsakpay village and Zhezdy village of Ulytau district;
- 2 swimming pools with a gym in Atasu village of Zhanaarkinsky region and in Nura settlement of Nurinsky region;
- reconstruction of the Yunost stadium in Satpayev;
- two substations of ambulance in the Maykuduk microdistrict and in the Sortirovka district of Karaganda;
- pre-fabricated infectious diseases hospital in Zhezkazgan;
- building of positron emission computed tomography (PET / CT) and SPECT center in Karaganda;
- Reception and diagnostic department at the multidisciplinary hospital No. 1 in Karaganda;
- FAP in the village of Kertindi, Nura district.
- veterinary points in the village of Akhmet, Nurinsky district and in the village of Dubovka, Abay district.
Construction continues on the following objects:
- a school for 80 children in the village of Kengir, Zhezkazgan,
- school for 464 children in the village of Atasu, Zhanaarka region
- kindergarten in Zhezkazgan;
- improvement of the territory and construction of supply engineering networks, the object "Sports Complexes" in Karaganda
- extension of the operating and resuscitation unit to the oncological dispensary in Karaganda;
- Regional multidisciplinary hospital with 200 beds in Karaganda;
- an extension to accommodate the True Beam linear accelerator on the basis of the general hospital No. 3 in Karaganda;
In addition, it is planned to start construction of 31 feldsher-obstetric stations, including in the Abay region -1, in the Aktogay region - 6, in the Bukhar-Zhyrau region - 3, in the Zhanaarka region -3, in the Karkaralinsky region -3, in the Nura region -2, in Osakarovsky district - 2, in Ulytau district - 6, in Shetsky district -7.
