On the implementation of youth policy in the Karkaralinsk district
The number of young people in the Karkaralinsk district is 7913 people. Every fourth inhabitant of this district is a young citizen or 25.7% of the population of the district.
The majority of young people, that is, 75%, concentrated in rural areas and 25% in cities.
In general, among the youth:
Busy - 2998 people or 37.1%;
Students - 1881 or 23.3%;
Students - 1491 or 18.4%;
124 or 1.5% in the ranks of the CPR;
Marginal youth (unemployed, uneducated youth) - 209 or 2.1%;
Self-employed - 1110 or 13.7%;
Youth, staying at home for the sake of the child - 111 or 1.3%;
Young people with limited opportunities - 36 or 0.4%;
Young people deprived of freedom - 3 or 0.03%.
According to the October report of the employment center of Karkaralinsk district of Karkaralinsk district:
• The number of young people registered as job seekers - 397 people (without registration of unemployed last year);
• Social vacancies - 5 people;
• paid public works - 103 people;
• The number of young people engaged in temporary, seasonal and permanent work - 176 people;
• Borrowers - 40 people;
• Youth practice - 28 people;
• Recipients of state grants - 11 people;
• directed to professional training - 12 people;
• Start-up business project - 119 people;
• 47 people are temporarily employed on the Road Map.
In addition, the Youth Resource Center of the Kakaralinsky District organized the 12th charity event within the framework of the Year of Volunteers and provided assistance to 333 families, in which more than 100 volunteers took part. At the time of the additional accident, 4,000 individual protection funds (masks) were planted and distributed.
From the beginning of the year, in order to effectively use the free time of the youth of the district, the Youth Resource Center of Karkaralinsk district was organized a series of events. In particular, in the framework of the project of the discussion club "Youth Poet" and "Discussion" held meetings, competitions in cybersport among the youth of the district, the district competition "Traditional songs", 3-day training seminar "Volunteers".
In order to promote a healthy lifestyle among the youth of the district were organized district basketball leagues, district mini-football leagues, hand-to-hand wrestling competitions.
There are monthly DDA prevention campaigns and violations among young people "Obligation of every citizen to observe the principles of zero tolerance" and "It is important to know."
This year, for the development of youth entrepreneurship and prevention of unemployment among young people, the grant of the akim of Karkaralinsk district was held, in which 12 young people, 8 of whom became winners, took part. Besides, 42 applications were submitted for the grant of the Akim of Karaganda region, the winners were 3 young people, and in October this grant was sent 22 additional works. This year, 33 young people received temporary employment in the labor collectives "Zhasyl El", this year in the framework of the project for the development of the youth corps "Project Jas", initiated by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development. does.
