In addition, the department regularly analyzes the legislative regulation of the public procurement process and makes appropriate proposals to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan on improving legislation.
In 2022, the work of the Department of public procurement will be focused on organizing and conducting an analysis of public procurement by administrators of regional budget programs, districts/cities and the quasi-public sector, supporting domestic producers by increasing local content in public procurement and fulfilling the target indicators set for 2022. In conclusion, I would like to note that our department is always open and ready to provide the necessary advice on issues of interest in the field of Public Procurement.
