At the same time, we note that if public procurement by means of a tender with preliminary qualification selection is declared invalid, customers can make repeated purchases by means of public procurement of the Republic of Kazakhstan or by other means on the portal.
Preparation of a purchase application by means of a" tender with preliminary qualification selection "marked" purchase of software products and products of the electronic industry " is available to suppliers determined by the authorized body in the field of Information Security (hereinafter referred to as the UO).
