1. PRIVATIZATION
Work continues on the implementation of the privatization program.
In accordance with the Comprehensive Privatization Plan for 2016–2020, in 2018, the municipal enterprise “Management of urban roads” in Zhezkazgan was subject to transfer to the competitive environment.
By the decision of the Specialized Inter-district Economic Court of the Karaganda Region of September 25, 2017, the rehabilitation procedure of the Enterprise, begun in 2013, was extended until April 2019.
According to the Sales Schedule, approved on November 20, 2018 by the first deputy akim of A. Duysebayev, the privatization procedures of the Company will be implemented in June of this year.
2. TRANSFER OF REGIONAL MUNICIPAL PROPERTY TO HIRE (RENT).
The transfer of state property to property rental (lease) is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On State Property” and the Rules for the transfer of state property to property rental (rental) approved by order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 17, 2015 No. 212, through the state register’s web portal .
All information on available, unused premises and areas is available on the website www.gosreestr. kz, providing equal access to all who wish to participate in electronic tenders for the rental of communal property.
At 1.05. In 2019, from the transfer of regional communal property to property rental (lease) to the regional budget, the income amounted to 45.6 million tenge under 120 existing contracts for the hiring (leasing) of state property.
