Implementation of projects using public-private partnership mechanisms is actively ongoing.
In 2019, 42 PPP agreements were concluded for a total of 11.6 billion tenge in the field of education and health.
The implementation of these projects made it possible to open a language training center in Karaganda, 9 kindergartens, 4 ophthalmological, hemodialysis and rehabilitation centers, computed tomography rooms, 5 magnetic resonance imaging cabinets, 4 clinics in Karaganda, hematology, allergology, and mammology centers , positron emission tomography in Karaganda.
Thanks to PPP in the field of education and health, it allowed:
- ensure the beginning of the provision of health services using new technologies in the regions;
- significantly relieve the severity of priority in preschool institutions - create 1,147 new jobs.
To implement a systematic approach, a pool of 49 projects was formed in 9 industries and directions. In 2020, it is planned to implement 36 projects in the amount of 26.3 billion tenge. According to the Comprehensive Privatization Plan for 2016-2020, approved by the Government Decree dated 12/30/2015 No. 1141, the plan for 34 organizations of the Karaganda region was fully implemented.
In general, in 2020, work will continue to implement the directions of the socio-economic policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, taking into account the tasks set by the Head of State in the Message to the people of Kazakhstan on September 2, 2019 “Constructive public dialogue - the basis of stability
and prosperity of Kazakhstan. ”
The main areas that remain are:
- development and updating of documents of the state planning system with the decomposition of indicators indicators by regions and industries;
- monitoring of the obligations undertaken by the region, defined
in program documents.
In 2020, it is planned to ensure the growth of the regional economy
at least 5.3% of the achieved level in 2019, due to an increase in industry - by 5.8%; agriculture - by 4%; construction -
by 7%; transport services - by 5%, trade - by 2.8%;
- Continuation of the analysis of the implementation of state programs in order to increase their effectiveness and ensure the achievement of goals
- the development of public-private partnerships, as well as the support of regional initiatives by the departments in supervised areas.
Work on the implementation of the tasks will be continued.
