About the implementation of a special project "Auyl - El bes i gi " in 2020
In the Karaganda region , a special project "Auyl - El besigі" is being implemented , the main goal of which is the qualitative development of the village, the creation of a comfortable living environment in rural areas and the achievement of compliance with the System of regional standards .
The implementation of infrastructure projects in support and satellite rural settlements within the framework of the special project "Auyl - El besigi" is included in the Anti-crisis plan for prompt response and maintaining a stable socio - economic situation in the Karaganda region for 2020-2022 (paragraph 55) .
In the current year, in the anti-crisis measures have been and increased s target transfers of the republican budget and, accordingly, co-financing from local budgets for projects "Aul - El besіgі" amounting to more than 3 billion tenge (from 2.2 bln to 5,6 Bln. tenge) .
Consumption amounted to 5.6 bln for implementation 47 projects in 13 rural areas (RB 4, 7 billion, MB 0, 9 bln) . Funds were Mr. and transport infrastructure - 25 projects for the sum of 2, 5 billion, housing and communal services - 3 projects 1, 3 billion, the social infrastructure - 19 projects for 1, 8 bln.
As of November 1 8 this year. out of 47 completed 3 3 projects ( 70 %) in the amount of 2.4 billion tenge , created 374 temporary and 15 permanent jobs .
The implementation of the above projects had a certain positive effect:
renovated 5 schools (ss.Aktogay, Shashubai, Koktas, Zhezdy, Aksu Ayuly), favorable, comfortable and safe learning environment for students 2358, renovated and tables th to 50 pupils in schools e-boarding (p.Zhezdy) ;
The renovation of the buildings of the district hospital (s.Aktogay), outpatient clinic on 25 visits per shift (p.Shashubay) , boiler rural hospitals ( s.Barshino ) - that allows yaet receive high-quality medical care in a comfortable environment, and power boiler heat increased;
Repair children's sports school on 565 places ( s.Aksu-Ayuly ) allows silt children to play sports in a safe and supportive environment ;
