Project «Unified Coordination Center «Senim109»

The resolution of akimat of Karaganda region on February 19, 2019 №10/01 created by municipal state institution «United coordination center» state institution «Management of Informatization of public services and archives of the Karaganda region» (hereinafter – UCC). The goals and objectives of the UCC are similar to those that are carried out within the framework of the Single Contact Center iKomek of the Akimat of Nur-Sultan.

The Charter of the uCC was developed and approved on March 14, 2019. The UCC is registered with the justice authorities at the address: 39, Nursultan Nazarbayev Avenue. Major repairs of the premises for the placement of the UCC are being carried out at this address.

The main goal of this project is to contribute to the creation of a comfortable living environment and ensure a quick response to the requests of residents of Karaganda, and eventually the entire region.

On November 25, 2019, a test launch of the UCC Call Center was carried out.

At the moment, requests are received in 3 ways:

1) by making phone calls to the Call Center;

2) through the Open City IP Portal (Senim109.kz);

3) via social networks (Facebook and telegram).

By the end of this year, it is planned to scale the project throughout the region.
