In 2008, he graduated from the International Business Academy, majoring in Information systems. In 2009, he graduated from the world University of technology with a degree in Management. In 2012, he graduated from the International Business Academy with a master's degree in Economics. In 2013, he graduated from the international University of information technologies, specialty «information systems», master of engineering and technology.
He started his career in 2006 as a laboratory assistant in the Department of information technology support, system engineering of the Department of information technology at the International Business Academy;
2008 - 2009 - duty system engineer of «Sary-ARKA Airport» JSC;
2009 - 2019 - senior engineer of the system maintenance Department, head of the Department/Department for IP support of JSC «National information technologies»;
2018 - 2019 - as chief information security Manager, head of group IT security Centre of corporate security RSE on PVC «National center of examination of medicines, products of medical purpose and medical equipment» MOH;
In 2019, he was hired as the shift Manager of the call center of KSU «Unified coordination center»;
From November 2019, was appointed head of engineering, information and communication Directorate of information, public services and archives of the Karaganda region, 07.02.2020, was appointed Deputy head of the Department of Informatization of public services and archives of the Karaganda region.
