In accordance with paragraph 5 of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from November 18, 2015 "On combating corruption", as well as section 5 of the "Model rules for conducting internal review of corruption risks", approved by Order No. 12 of the Chairman of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan on public service Affairs and counteraction of corruption from October 19, 2016, the state institution "akim's Apparatus of Balkhash town" an internal analysis of activity of structural divisions, subordinate organizations, territorial and equivalent units.
As a result of internal analysis among the state institutions of Balkhash, the necessary measures will be taken to eliminate the causes and conditions that contribute to the Commission of corruption offenses.
