Abay district election Commission
In accordance with the PP.6 article 34 of the constitutional law "On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the resolution of the Central election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan from August 7, 1999 №19/222 "On approval of Regulations of expenditure of electoral funds," Abay district election Commission provides a report on the receipt of funds on the special temporary account of the candidates in Deputy Abay district maslikhat from Abay district branch of the party "Nur Otan", according to the certificate from 27.11.2020 G., Karaganda regional branch of JSC "Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan" 26.11.2020 G., the account received 7000000.00 (seven million) tenge.
According to the reference of the Karaganda regional branch of JSC "Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan" on the expenditure of the election Fund, as of 04.12.2020, the amount of expenditures amounted to 5,439,266 (five million four hundred and thirty-nine thousand, two hundred and sixty-six) tenge. The balance of the electoral Fund is 1,560,734 (one million, five hundred and sixty thousand, seven hundred and thirty-four) tenge.
