In total, 92 types of public services are provided in Abai district, according to the register of public services approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 983 of September 18, 2013.

Since the beginning of 2019, 49965 public services have been provided in the Abai district, of which 9220 services were provided through the State Corporation "Government for citizens", which is 18% of the total number of applicants for public services.

Over the past year, 23,140 public services were provided in electronic form, which is 46.9 % of the total number of services rendered to the population and business.

Various activities aimed at improving the quality of public services and promoting the e-government portal were carried out. Over the past period of 2019, 4 public service fairs were held (March 15, may 23, June 21, November 4, 2019), various seminars and round tables on training work on the egov portal.kz, meetings to explain measures to support low-income segments of the population, including improving the mechanism of the state service"targeted social assistance". The events are covered in the media, on the pages of social networks. A total of 304 events were held covering the population of 3,669 people.

In order to inform citizens about the public services provided in the Abay district, 14 materials on the provision of public services were published in the district newspaper "Abay Akikat" in 2019.

In the city of Abay and the village of Topar, banners were posted to promote the application for evaluating the work of state institutions - DIGITAL AGENT.

The broadcast of videos through the self-service corner continues, the theme of which is aimed at promoting the receipt of public services through the e – government portal, the work of the call center 1414, and the possibilities of the egov portal.kz and the rights of service recipients.

The websites of state institutions contain standards and regulations for the provision of public services to the population, a list of public services provided with all necessary appendices, lists of documents, sample applications and other information.

Staff responsible for internal state control during the reporting period, there were 15 control activities, including inspection covered 8 local Executive bodies: si "akim's Apparatus of Abai", "akim's Apparatus of Dubovsky rural district", the service registry, SOE on PVC "Abay district veterinary station", si "Department of education of Abay district" GU "Department of employment and social programs of Abay district" KSU "Center of employment of the population of Abay district", "Department of ground relations, architecture and urban planning of the Abai district" and 7 subordinate educational organizations.

During the control measures, no violations of the terms of rendering public services, business processes of public services, complaints about the actions of managers and specialists providing public services were detected.
