In 2019, work began on the implementation of a three-year project for the improvement of Abay street-winner of "Astana Basis-A" LLP, the amount of the contract is 537.175 million tenge, 41 million tenge (100%) has been disbursed.
The project provides for the replacement of the roadway, lighting supports, installation of side stones, sidewalks, technical sidewalks, traffic lights, road signs.
This year, earthworks, installation of side stones, lighting poles, road signs, sidewalks and asphalting were carried out. The work will continue next year.
Also started landscaping 3 yards of the city Abay project, two year, winner of too "rice hall", the amount of the contract was 157.1 million Tg., mastered 27.7 million tenge. (100 %).
As part of the project, work will be provided for the construction of sidewalk paths made of paving stones, urn benches, gazebos, children's swings, carousels will be installed. As part of the landscaping, trees, flowers and grass will be planted.
This year, work was carried out on asphalting and installation of side stones in the yard on the street.In the spring of 2020, it is planned to install children's play complexes. Also, work will be started on the improvement of yard areas on Lenin street and 3 mkrn.
Roads
The total length of public roads of the Abay district is 806.5 km, including:
- highways of national significance-86 km;
- highways of regional significance – 279 km;
- regional highways – 181 km;
- inner-city highways – 41.5 km;
- intra-village roads – 225 km.
In 2019 completed a mid-life repair of motor roads in the town of Abai, p. Topar, S. Agro, and S. Zhartas, with a total length of 8.18 km. (str 10 years of Independence (G. Heat supply
This year, work on the repair of main heating networks from UT-0 to the market "Merey" in Abay, for a total cost of 48 million tenge, was completed.
In the village of Topar, the contractor organization of IP Yugay completed work on the current repair of heat networks of Molodezhnaya street, Nikolaev street, Telman street. the amount under the contract is 4.6 million tenge.
Also, work was carried out on the current repair of heating networks on Abaya street.Topar-the amount of the contract is 2 million tenge. Contract organization "Kaznetservice" LLP.

Landscaping
In 2020, work will continue on the implementation of a three-year project for the improvement of Abay street-winner of Astana Basis-a LLP, budget funds in the amount of 254.7 million tenge are provided.
It is also planned to complete the improvement of 3 courtyards on the street.Engels, Lenin street and 3 mkrn. the city of Abay, the winner of "rice KZ" LLP, provides budget funds in the amount of 140.9 million tenge.
It is planned to start work on the reconstruction of the Park in front of the indoor swimming pool of the city of Abay, the project cost is 94.3 million tenge.
The project will include work on the arrangement of sidewalk paths from stone blocks, covering areas will be made of tartan, artificial grass, fine-grained asphalt concrete and sand, installed benches, urns, gazebos, children's swing, a carousel, a sports complex "Workout", 3 playgrounds, a sandpit. As part of the landscaping, trees, flowers and grass will be planted.
The square will consist of 4 zones, this is a Playground for children from 6-13 years old, a recreation area for adults, a quiet recreation area, a Playground for children from 2 to 6 years old.
In 2020, work will be carried out on the dismantling of emergency five – storey houses located in the city of Abay-the 2nd microdistrict d.1, the 3rd microdistrict d. 18, 19, 20 and 25. The cost of the work is 64 million tenge, the work will be carried out in 2020-2021.
Roads
For 2020, it is planned to carry out work on the average repair of 12 highways, with a length of 11.66 km, as well as current repair of roads of district significance, for these works budget funds in the amount of 442.555 million tenge are provided (342.555 million tenge – the district budget, 100 million tenge-the regional budget.)
