Based on the Action Plan on the quality and accessibility of public services, approved by the Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 21, 2021 and pursuant to the protocol of the Advisory and Expert Group on the Prevention of violations in the field of public services dated October 13, 2021, an analysis of the processes of providing public services in the activity was carried out.

The analysis covers the period of activity from 01.01.2023- 12/29/2023.
In accordance with the Register of Public Services, the akim's office provides five types of public services in electronic form:
Acquisition of rights to state-owned land plots that do not require bidding (contests, auctions).
Queuing for a land plot
Sale to private ownership of a land plot previously granted for land use
