From 1992 to 1995, he worked as a zoo technician in the Arkalyk State Farm department. 1996-2002 he was engaged in private farming. In 2003, he worked as an inspector of the military registration desk in the State Institution "Office of the Akim of the Arkalyk rural district". He has been working in the civil service since 2006. From 2018 to the present, he holds the position of akim of the State Institution "Akim's Office of Akbastau rural district".

Tuyakbayev Rymbek Bazylovich was born on August 30, 1968 in the village of Aktasty, Egindybulak district, Karaganda region. In 1976, Arkalyk was admitted to secondary school, and in 1986 he graduated from a 10-year high school. Higher education. 1986-1988 he served in the army. 1989-1992 studied at the Karkaraly zootechnical and Veterinary college.
