Born on June 12, 1977 in the village of Montaytas, Arys district, Shymkent region. In 1983-1994 he studied at the secondary school named after B. Ontaev in his native village. From 1995 to 1997 he served in the Internal Army of the Republic of Kazakhstan and fulfilled his duty to the Motherland. In 1997-2002 he studied at the Kazakh National Agrarian University in Almaty. Profession economist. Married, has 2 sons.

Карьера

In 2005-2013, he worked as the chief specialist of the akim’s office of the Montaitan rural district of the South Kazakhstan region, Arys district.

In 2013-2018, he worked as the chief specialist of the akim’s office, Karaoi rural district, Ili district.

In 2018-2020, he worked as deputy akim of the Karaoi rural district of the Ili region.

In 2020-2021 he worked as deputy akim of the Energy Rural District, Ili district.

From 2021 to the present, he worked as deputy akim of the Karaoi rural district, Ili district.
