Since the beginning of 2018, the project office "ZHETISU-adaldyk alany" has been successfully implemented on the territory of the Almaty region, the main goal of which is to eradicate domestic corruption and create comfortable conditions for citizens. Along with this, one of the important directions of the project office is to eliminate all possible barriers between civil servants and the people.

Today, the Anti-Corruption Agency presented
"The Hour of Integrity" in a new format.

This "Hour of Integrity" was distinguished by the fact that it revealed
to the Kazakh youth a new personality, a contemporary and a successful young leader - Renat Bekturov. Renat Bekturov was born on October 13, 1984 in Almaty region. Member of the Board of Astana International Exchange.

He has been working in the financial services sector for 10 years. Participated in a number of landmark transactions in the debt capital market, such as the first issue of sukuk (Islamic securities) in the CIS region.

Renat holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance with honors from the University of Leicester, as well as a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA Charter Holder) degree. He took first place in the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve. R.Bekturov in his speech, quoting the great Abai, noted: "Integrity is a set of human qualities, such as intelligence and kindness, perseverance, modesty and work."

He also urged young people to work hard, develop and be patriotic. In his opinion, the secret sauce of success is luck, but the main ingredient is labor. He shared his life values, such as fairness
and honesty, which allowed him to achieve success in his personal life and career.  

During the video lecture, the audience learned which school teacher had the greatest influence on him, what is the key to success for young people, what qualities, in his opinion, define an intellectual nation. As you know, the main goal of the "Hour of Integrity" campaign is the formation of an anti-corruption culture among the younger generation and instilling the most important moral values: honesty, justice, decency and trust.

Today, at the initiative of the Anti-Corruption Agency, another online lesson of integrity was held on the topic "Bauyrzhan Momyshuly: honor and valor are the signs of a hero".

110 years have passed since the birth of the legendary commander, winner of many awards, writer and Hero of the Soviet Union Bauyrzhan Momyshuly.

Bravery, devotion and perseverance - these qualities made Bauyrzhan Momyshuly a national hero. The high spirit of patriotism, decisiveness in decision-making, discipline, wisdom and decency also describe his personality.

During the online lecture, the youth again recalled the heroic deeds and life principles of the great commander of the regiment.

From his point of view, trust is a force leading to humanity and honesty. Faith is the root of hope. Addressing the youth, he noted: "You are the hope of your parents. You are an individual, you are the creator of your life, so believe only in yourself!".

Thus, he emphasizes that a self-confident and well-mannered person will never show rudeness and retreat from the right path.

His devotion to the people and love for his native language deserve special attention. "There is no nation without a native language. A nation that has lost its language is a nation that has lost its history and roots," he said.

Bauyrzhan Momyshuly's legacy is full of heroism, discipline and patriotism, his life is built on the principles of honesty, justice and reasonableness.

The organizers of the "Hour of Integrity" are confident that by instilling these values to the younger generation, it is possible to build a virtuous society where there will be no place for corruption, where highly moral human qualities and honest work will be valuable.
