The guarantee of the realization of the constitutional right to participate in elections is the inclusion of you in the list of voters.
The lists are compiled by local executive bodies (akimats) on the basis of permanent registration at the place of residence on the territory of a particular polling station. Citizens who do not have permanent registration are included in the lists on the basis of an application submitted to the akimats at their location.
Every citizen who will not be able to arrive at the polling station at the place of his registration on the day of voting, no later than thirty days before the day of voting or on February 17, 2023, has the right to submit an application to the relevant akimat and register at the polling station at the place of his actual location.
Upon receipt of an appeal, the akimat will organize the exclusion of a citizen from the list of voters at the place of registration and his inclusion in the list of the polling station where he will vote.
This right can be used by:
- citizens who know that they will not be at the place of registration on the day of voting;
- nonresident students studying in higher and secondary specialized educational institutions, living outside of dormitories;
- citizens working on a shift basis.
A citizen may be included in only one electoral list, taking into account a single national electoral district, as well as single-mandate territorial electoral districts.
You can check your inclusion in the list of voters at the place of registration through the website or the Call Center of the relevant akimat.
From March 4, 2023, you will be given the opportunity to check your data in the voter list at your polling station.

The Unified Contact Center (ECC) will allow the gas supply company to process consumer requests faster. Including by reducing the load on the operators of KazTransGas Aimak JSC.

The created Center will provide prompt response to questions in the process of servicing the subscriber and will increase the efficiency of processing incoming information. In addition, the use of an automatic interactive interaction system (IVR) will save time and quickly interact with other departments of the company.
As part of the 2nd month of autumn sanitary cleaning, a clean-up day was held in the district on 12.11.2022. №14, №18, №26, №49, №50 secondary schools, kindergartens "Balapan", "Ainalayyn", outpatient clinics, individual entrepreneurs took part in the clean-up.
Today, specialists of the Department of Internal Policy, Culture, Language Development and Sports of the Ili district, with the support of employees of the Ili district branch of the KSU "educational and methodological center "Til" of the Almaty region, held a regional seminar "Til martebesi - el martebesi". The seminar was attended by employees of the notary of the district, responsible specialists of rural districts, lawyers, specialists of the Ili district Department of state Revenue, the Department for Consumer Protection, the regional Department of Justice, a correspondent of the district newspaper "Ile Tany", a representative of the Company "Kazak Tili". During the seminar, the director of the district educational and methodological center "Til" B. Karshalova read a report with visual materials, with a slide, told in detail about the center, distributed handouts. The omissions made in notarial activity were also discussed, a proposal was made to bring the templates into the sequence of translations into the state language. The specialists of the department gave answers to the questions asked by the notary's staff, provided methodological assistance.
