Since January 1, 2023 , the right to pension payments from the UAPF at the expense of mandatory pension contributions and mandatory occupational pension contributions according to the established schedule have:
- women upon reaching the age of 61 (this age norm is valid until 2028);
- men upon reaching 63 years of age;
- persons with disabilities of the first or second group, if the disability is established indefinitely.
To assign payments that include a state pension – this is a basic and solidary, and a cumulative one from the UAPF, it is enough for old-age pensioners to apply with one application and a package of documents to the divisions of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (PSC).
Persons with disabilities of the first or second group, if the disability is established indefinitely, need to apply to the UAPF branch or through the Foundation's website. In your personal account, you need to select the "Services" section - "Submit an application for the appointment of pension payments". There you can also find a detailed list of necessary documents. The day of application is the date of receipt or receipt of documents in the UAPF.
Pension payments from the UAPF are established from the date of application and are carried out until the retirement savings are exhausted. At the same time , the day of applying for a pension payment is considered to be:
for recipients who have reached retirement age – the date of registration of the application with the State Corporation or the date of the right to pension payments from the UAPF;
for recipients who are persons with disabilities of the first or second group, if the disability is established indefinitely – the date of receipt or receipt of documents in the UAPF.
The UAPF transfers the amount of pension payments to recipients:
who are persons with disabilities of the first or second group, if the disability is established indefinitely - within ten working days from the date of receipt or receipt of documents to the UAPF;
those who have reached retirement age - to the State Corporation according to the pension payment schedules established by the State Corporation.
The State Corporation transfers the amounts of pension payments received from the UAPF to the recipients' bank accounts in accordance with the schedule of pension payments established by the State Corporation, but not earlier than the date of the right to pension payments from the UAPF.
People traveling abroad for permanent residence can also apply for payments from the UAPF at the expense of mandatory pension contributions and mandatory occupational pension contributions. To do this, they need to apply to the migration police, get the status of "departure for permanent residence" there, and then obtain citizenship of another state. After the correct registration of departure, the departing person must apply with a package of documents to the UAPF, which will make a pension payment within 10 working days from the date of receipt or receipt of documents to the UAPF.
Please note that pension savings payments are made only to the recipient's own bank account and can be requested by the recipient in any currency: tenge, Russian rubles, euros, US dollars or pounds sterling.
