A complex of sub-sectors that ensure the functioning of the engineering infrastructure of various buildings of settlements, creating the convenience and comfort of living and staying in them of citizens by providing them with a wide range of housing and communal services.
Mission: implementation of the state policy in the field of housing and communal services and housing inspection.
Main tasks:
1) implementation of public administration policy in the field of energy, heat and gas supply, participation in the development, formation and implementation of plans, target programs;
2) implementation of the state policy in the field of housing relations, municipal waste management within the boundaries (lines) of settlements of the region and ensures the implementation of state policy in the field of energy conservation and energy efficiency;
3) implementation of the policy of state regulation in the field of water supply, sanitation within the boundaries (lines) of settlements;
4) implementation of other tasks provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
