Within the framework of the Industrialization Map, 3 projects worth 56.2 billion tenge are being implemented with the creation of 657 jobs, including the hydrometallurgical workshop "Amethyst" for the production of gold-silver alloy "Dore" with a capacity of 80 kg of gold per year has been launched in the Ili district," Bakytgul Akimovna informed.

34.4 billion tenge was allocated from the budget to support the agro–industrial complex, including subsidies - 31 billion tenge.
The sown area of agricultural crops increased by 1.7 thousand hectares compared to last year and amounted to 459 thousand hectares.

During the meeting, the indicators of the healthcare sector also did not stand aside. In this direction, 8 facilities are being built in the amount of 4.2 billion tenge, of which 5 facilities will be commissioned this year. 3 objects - moving on to the next year. These are polyclinics in the villages of Uzynagash of Zhambyl district and Narynkol of Rayymbek district, as well as a medical outpatient clinic in the village of Nusupbekov of Kegensky district.

Capital repairs are being carried out at 6 facilities, for which 2.1 billion tenge has been allocated.

2.5 billion tenge has been allocated to strengthen the material and technical base of medical institutions.

After listening to the report, the akim of the region listened to the heads of a number of regional departments. In particular, he focused special attention on the housing and utilities sector.
Recently, complaints about interruptions in the water supply of the population have become more frequent in a number of districts. Acting Head of the Department of Energy and Housing Baglan Abylkasymov responded to the criticism of the akim
- This year, 28 projects worth 9.5 billion tenge are being implemented. 534 km of water supply networks will be built and reconstructed. Thus, by the end of 2022, network wear will decrease to 54.3% due to the construction and reconstruction of new water supply networks.

This year, design and estimate documentation is being developed for the reconstruction of 66 water supply systems, 1.2 billion tenge has been allocated from the regional budget for design work. Construction and installation works are planned to be carried out in 2023-2024, - B.Abylkasymov said.
According to the head of the profile department, despite significant financial investments in the development of water supply systems in the settlements of the region, the number of complaints from the population does not decrease for two reasons: poor-quality construction and inadequate maintenance.
During the meeting, the akim of the region instructed the akims of the districts and the branch management to pay special attention to this issue in the subsequent work.
Summing up the meeting, Marat Yeleusizovich spoke about the new methodology for evaluating the work of district akims.

"On my instructions, a rating consisting of 61 indicators has been prepared to evaluate the work of the akims of districts and cities, of which 42 indicators can now be evaluated, and for the rest, the work will continue following the results of 9 months and a year.
According to the results of the first rating, the Ili, Uygur districts and the city of Konaev are in the lead. Rayymbek, Balkhash and Zhambyl districts became outsiders. Akims need to take measures to improve the established indicators of socio-economic development of the region," Marat Sultangaziev said.
In addition, the head of the region stressed that the measures taken today to curb the growth of food prices do not give the proper effect. Therefore, it is necessary to develop specific recommendations.

The departments of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative development, agriculture, the regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" and socio-entrepreneurial corporations, together with the akims, need to calculate the balance of consumption and production of socially significant goods, as well as analyze in detail the trade balance between exports and imports of goods and strengthen the coverage of export-oriented enterprises to further increase production under the brand "Made in Kazakhstan".

It is also necessary to intensify work on the construction of a wholesale distribution center near the village of Shengeldy and make proposals for the creation of a wholesale and retail market in the opposite part of Almaty city by analogy with the Altyn Orda market.

Also, for the food security of the population, it is necessary to carry out harvesting in a high-quality and timely manner.
The Department of Agriculture, akims of districts and cities were instructed to increase the productivity of agriculture and animal husbandry with the use of intensive technologies to intensify work in close contact with advanced research institutes of the country. In addition, it was instructed, together with the Department of Education, to increase educational grants for the training of scarce specialists in the agricultural sector.

Summing up the meeting, Marat Sultangaziev noted the importance of taking concrete measures aimed at improving the quality of life of the population of the region.
