Butumbaev Marat Sadykovich was born on September 3, 1982 in the village of Belousovka, Glubokovsky district, East Kazakhstan region.
On 2000 he graduated from Belousovskaya Secondary School No. 1.
On 2005 he graduated with honors from the Kostanay State University named after Akhmet Baitursynov with a degree in law.
From 2001 to 2007, he worked in various positions at the Center for Legal Statistics and Information in Kostanay region, Road Maintenance Section No. 25 of the Ministry of Defense and the Military Department of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounts.
From 2007 to 2022, he served in the military prosecutor's office in various positions in the military prosecutor's offices of the Kyzylorda and Aktau garrisons, as well as the Main Military Prosecutor's Office.
On October 06, 2022, he was appointed to the post of military prosecutor of the Ural garrison.
