"Distance learning to improve the professional level of young employees of the transport Prosecutor's office"»

The main transport Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan pays great attention to improving the professional level of its employees. In this context, distance learning is one of the leading forms of education and has now proved its importance and necessity at all levels of the education system.

So, from August 22 to September 21 this year, in order to develop the professional qualities of district employees, classes were held via videoconferencing on supervision of the legality of judicial acts and representation of the state's interests in criminal cases.

These training activities are conducted in accordance with paragraph 2 of article 13 of the Law "On Prosecutor's office" and paragraph 44 of article 6 of the rules of organization of advanced-level clerical employees of the procuratorial system of the Republic of Kazakhstan (approved by order of the General Prosecutor No. 3 of 14 January 2016).

The strategic goal of distance learning is to provide employees with equal opportunities to receive education at their location without interrupting their main activities.

The advantages of this type of training are: direct and complete perception, demonstration of visual materials, samples of procedural documents, the ability to ask questions to lecturers.

For each young employee, there were useful lessons on taking notes of the main requirements of the industry instructions. This approach contributes to a full and high-quality study of documents, allows you to clearly determine priorities, and viewing allows you to leave the necessary information in memory.

The development of professional interests was facilitated by working with samples of judicial acts, whether they were entrusted with verification and permission for the existence of grounds for appeal.

In General, all the necessary conditions are being created in the Prosecutor's offices to improve their professional level. This, in particular, contributes to the creation of the Academy of law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which provides the opportunity to study for master's and doctoral studies.

It is worth noting that conducting such training events develops every professional competence, moral and psychological qualities, determines the propensity for research activities, and the ability to think analytically.

These were the goals pursued when conducting distance learning of the GTR.
