Information on distance training of transport Prosecutor's office employees for mass media

The main transport Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan pays great attention to improving the professional level of young employees.

For this purpose, as well as to develop human resources and improve the effectiveness of professional activities of transport prosecutors, distance training of young specialists was conducted in the field of supervision of the legality of judicial acts and representation of the state in criminal cases.

In accordance with paragraph 44 of article 6 of the rules for the organization of professional development of employees of the system of Prosecutor's offices of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 14.01.2016 No. 3, I order:

To implement the goals and tasks set, with the definition of specific deadlines for their implementation, approved training programs and tasks are sent to the field.

In particular, organizational and administrative documents to assess their legality and validity, obviously unfair judicial acts, as well as a model of a criminal case for the preparation of a procedural agreement in the form of a plea bargain and the recognition of an accusatory word were sent for study and notes.

Conducting such training seminars contributes to the development of professional competence, moral and psychological qualities of each employee, determines the propensity for research activities, analytical thinking, etc.

Based on the results of remote training of GTP in videoconferencing mode, a seminar was held with the participation of young professionals, as well as their managers, during which special attention was paid to the need for continuous self-improvement, study of current and new legislation.

The system of distance learning is one of the leading forms of education and today has proved its importance and necessity at all levels of the education system, as well as allowed to organize training for all district transport Prosecutor's offices without interrupting their main activities.
