The intensity of investigation of criminal cases is one of the main points of simplification of investigation procedures and economy of the process

This year, the aviation transport Prosecutor's office of Almaty, together with the criminal prosecution authorities, is working together to ensure prompt, complete and objective verification of clear cases.

The purpose of this work is to simplify criminal investigation procedures, conduct investigative actions to secure evidence, interview witnesses and suspects, and appoint a defense lawyer as soon as possible.

For example, to date, the collection of all necessary evidence and finding out the reasons for committing criminal offenses by law enforcement agencies is carried out on duty days.

Earlier, the Almaty airport police Department conducted an investigation of obvious criminal cases that do not require complex expert research, audits, etc.in compliance with the terms established by the procedural legislation, i.e. up to the 1st-2nd month, and since the beginning of this year, the investigation period for such cases has been reduced to the 3rd and 10th days.

In the period from January 1 to September 30, 2017, 147 cases were registered in the Almaty aviation zone. Of these, 71% provided for the adoption of procedural decisions in 111 cases for up to 3 days, which is 64%.

So, on may 31, 2017, group "B", a passenger on the Almaty-Astana flight, invited itself aggressively when landing the aircraft and in relation to the flight attendants of JSC"Air Astana". Refused to comply with the legal requirements of police officers to stop illegal actions, police officers, because injuries.

Actions performed by group "b" recorded in ERDR of the police under part 1 of article 378, part 1 of article 379, part 1 of article 380 of the criminal code.

During the day on duty, witnesses were interviewed and psychological, philological and forensic examinations were appointed. Based on the results of the collected evidence, the criminal case was transferred to the court on June 2, 2017.

A guilty verdict has been issued against"B".

Also, on April 19, 2017, the airport in Almaty received a message from the aviation security inspector that when checking in for a flight on the route "Almaty-Karaganda" gr.Error " C " was detected.

This fact was immediately registered in the ERDR on the grounds of a crime under part 1 of article 296 of the criminal code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

According to the conclusion, the powdered substance does not contain narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.

On April 26, 2017, the case was dismissed on rehabilitative grounds.
