About the state of Prosecutor's supervision and judicial practice on criminal offenses against the management order for the past period of 2017

Uncontrolled migration processes are one of the main threats to the national security of Kazakhstan.

The protection of the state is the constitutional task of all law enforcement agencies, so measures have been taken to ensure the legality of this area of MTB.

This year, the GTP, together with law enforcement agencies, stopped the activities of an organized criminal group consisting of employees of the Ministry of internal Affairs and the PS of the KNB, who were engaged in illegal migration of Uzbek citizens. The court sentenced the leaders and participants of an organized criminal group to long-term imprisonment with confiscation of property, deprivation of military and special ranks.

For 6 months of this year, courts supervised by transport prosecutors reviewed 9.5% (9.9%) of criminal cases.

Violation of migration legislation is frequent-51.3% and against government representatives-40.7%.

The basic modus operandi of illegal migration-it is a fake registration stamps ATS (the migration card) and entry date-stamps PS KNB (passports) for work in Kazakhstan.
