What measures are taken by transport prosecutors in the framework of enforcement proceedings?

Protection of material interests is one of the main tasks of the Prosecutor's office. Therefore, in the framework of the execution of judicial acts, a special role is assigned to the replenishment of the state budget.

Only over the past 3 years, the measures taken by transport prosecutors, the state received 13.5 billion dollars. of these, 5 billion tenge is accounted for in 2017.

Special attention was paid to the formation and careful establishment of supervision over the transfer of confiscated property to the state.

The confiscated property, which is subject to transfer to the state, is located in 14 transport zones of the Republic, where Prosecutor's checks were carried out in 2017.

According to the results of the inspection, warehouse premises in Almaty and Almaty region are listed in accordance with the requirements of the legislation (equipped with video surveillance, fire safety, security, limited access to warehouses, property is protected from changes in weather conditions, etc.).

The departments of state property of Almaty and Atyrau region use their warehouses to store confiscated property in order to save budget funds.

To preserve the confiscated property, the production base was transferred to the balance of the state property Department of the Mangistau region by bailiffs.

Using the storage facilities of state property departments to store confiscation on a free-of-charge basis has saved budget funds for the purchase of storage services in the current year.

The measures taken in the current year:

First, the prohibition of theft or loss of seized property;

Secondly, coordination of the work of 2 state bodies-justice and state property management.

Goal: simplify the procedure for recording and accepting confiscated property;

Third, algorithms for interaction of the above-mentioned state bodies in the transfer and storage of property have been developed;

Fourth, step-by-step access to the premises of confiscated property to the warehouses of State property departments.

For example, in the city of Pavlodar, 1.5 billion us dollars were invested in six months. the confiscated property of 807 items in the amount of 807 tenge was received by the state. The confiscated property is placed in the warehouses of the state property body that has been registered.
