More than 90 persons with fake diplomas worked in the branch of JSC National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy

Transport prosecutors when checking the activities of JSC "National Company" Kazakhstan Temir Zholy "identified 92 employees who do not meet the qualification requirements.

Forged documents (diplomas) on higher education, on the basis of which the special functions of ensuring traffic safety in the railway transport system were taken into account, were used by employees of the National Railway Company when hiring.

For each fact, pre-trial investigations were carried out, as a result, all 92 persons were brought to criminal responsibility.

For example, on January 6 this year. by the judgment of the court No. 2 of Pavlodar under Art. 385 part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, citizen E. (process engineer of the 1st category of the Pavlodar track distance) was convicted for using a knowingly forged document, who was sentenced to a fine of 20 (50,500 tenge) MCI. To date, labor contracts with 48 employees have been terminated, 18 have been transferred to lower positions, work is underway on the rest of the employees.
