On the initiative of transport prosecutors, employees of the "Nur-Zholy" customs post were detained

At the initiative of the Main Transport Prosecutor's Office, the Anti-Corruption Service in the Almaty region, on August 10, 2020, as part of the work to suppress corruption among civil servants, employees of the state revenue bodies of the Nur-Zholy customs post, as well as veterinary and phytosanitary control, were detained.

They are suspected of receiving bribes on a systematic basis for the unhindered passage of persons across the state border.

The necessary investigative actions are being carried out, the progress of the investigation is under the control of the Main Transport Prosecutor's Office.
