Protection and restoration of human and civil rights and freedoms, legal interests of legal entities, society and the state in criminal prosecution;

Identification and elimination of violations of the law in the course of criminal prosecution, NPS, NPS, NPS, causes and conditions that contribute to them;

Coordination of the activities of law enforcement and special state bodies in criminal prosecution;

The prosecution and analysis of the quality of the NPC;

Development of measures aimed at promoting the formation of a correct unified practice in the implementation of criminal prosecution, NPS and NPS;

Preparation of materials for meetings of the General Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the coordinating Council for law enforcement, law enforcement and crime control, operational and staff meetings;

Organization of activities of lower-level Prosecutor's offices to ensure the legality of criminal prosecution, NPS and NPS;

Participation in standard-setting activities within the competence.
