Information on the Optimization Plan for 2026-2030, approved by Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 24, 2025 No. 894

Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 24, 2025 No. 894 approved the Optimization Plan for 2026-2030 (hereinafter referred to as the Optimization Plan), which provides for measures to optimize 500 organizations, including through privatization (transfer to a competitive environment), transfer to trust, reorganization, liquidation, as well as exclusion of certain activities from the charters of companies.

As of June 15, 2026, measures were taken in relation to 42 objects of the Optimization Plan, including 7 objects totaling 41.1 billion tenge were sold, 3 objects were transferred to trust management, 5 objects were liquidated, 24 objects were reorganized,
3 facilities excluded activities.
