Information on the progress of the Comprehensive Privatization Plan for 2021-2025

The Comprehensive Privatization Plan for 2021-2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Comprehensive Plan) includes 638 properties in the republican, municipal, and quasi-public sectors, of which, as of July 1, 2025, according to the State Property Registry website:

396 properties worth 922.1 billion tenge have been sold and transferred to trust management with the right of subsequent repurchase;
69 properties are slated for reorganization/liquidation;
20 properties are currently being auctioned;
153 properties are undergoing pre-sale preparation.

The implementation rate of the Comprehensive Plan for sale, reorganization, and liquidation is 73%.

The rate of sale of properties included in the Comprehensive Plan is 76%.
