On the progress of the implementation of the Comprehensive Privatization Plan for 2021-2025

The Comprehensive Privatization Plan for 2021-2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Comprehensive Plan) includes 638 properties in the republican, municipal, and quasi-public sectors, of which, as of April 1, 2025, according to the State Property Registry website:

393 properties worth 918.7 billion tenge have been sold and transferred to trust management with the right of subsequent repurchase;
69 properties are slated for reorganization/liquidation;
21 properties are currently being auctioned;
155 properties are undergoing pre-sale preparation.

The implementation rate of the Comprehensive Plan for sale, reorganization, and liquidation is 72%.

The rate of sale of properties included in the Comprehensive Plan is 76%.
