Working with republican state legal entities

Exercise, on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the rights of a subject of republican property rights in relation to republican legal entities, including approval of transfer deeds, as well as separation, interim liquidation, and liquidation balance sheets during the reorganization and liquidation of republican legal entities;

Determining the scope and purpose of the activities of a republican state enterprise, as well as the type of republican state enterprise (either a private enterprise or a state-owned enterprise) carrying out such activities, and approving the charters of republican state enterprises, amending and supplementing them upon the submission of the authorized body of the relevant industry;

Establishing a period for the republican state enterprise to maintain and safeguard seized property before its transfer to another person and subsequent write-off from the balance sheet;

Redistribution of the assets of a liquidated republican legal entity remaining after the satisfaction of creditors' claims;

Upon submission by the authorized body of the relevant industry, provides written consent to the republican state-owned enterprise for the alienation or other disposal of property assigned to it (except for the sale of its manufactured products), and the establishment of branches (representative offices);

approval by the republican state-owned enterprise for the alienation or other disposal of property related to fixed assets;

approval of the reorganization and liquidation of a republican legal entity by the authorized body of the relevant industry;
