Since the beginning of the year, UAPF specialists have processed approximately 130,000 requests remotely.
The UAPF provides services to depositors and beneficiaries through various communication channels. The most convenient is through the Personal Account on the enpf.kz website (read more here).
In addition, necessary information can also be obtained through voice and non-voice communication channels. For example, you can get advice on all your questions from the Fund's operators by dialing the short number 1418 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The call is free and can be accessed from any mobile operator in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as from landline phones. In the first three months of this year alone, over 95,000 such calls were processed.
Depositors (recipients) located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan can receive consultations by calling +7 (727) 356-10-60 or through the "Call Online" service available on the Fund's corporate website.
In addition to providing pension services via telephone, the UAPF Remote Consulting Department provides services to users of the Fund's pension services through non-voice communication channels, such as the "Write to Us" electronic service available on the Fund's website or in the UAPF mobile app, the Chat2Desk cloud service messenger, WhatsApp, Viber chat, Telegram, personal inquiries on social media such as Facebook, VKontakte, Instagram, TikTok, or the Fund's official email address enpf@enpf.kz.
In the first quarter of this year, approximately 35,000 inquiries were processed this way.
