If the privatization property contains material assets from the state material reserve, notify the authorized body responsible for the state material reserve and the relevant central executive bodies within five business days of the decision to sell, so that they can decide on the further placement of these material assets prior to the privatization of the property;

Prepare and submit, at the buyer's request, information on encumbrances on the privatization property, as well as the amount of accounts payable and receivable, and contracts concluded by the privatized enterprise, if the privatization property is an enterprise as a property complex;

implementation of the privatization of republican property, including the adoption of a decision on the privatization of republican property, as well as enterprises as a property complex that are not subjects of a natural monopoly or market entities occupying a dominant or monopolistic position in the market, ensuring the safety of republican property in the process of preparing an object for privatization, engaging an intermediary to organize the privatization process, ensuring the valuation of the privatization object, preparing and concluding contracts for the sale and purchase of the privatization object and monitoring compliance with the terms of the contracts of sale and purchase;
