Provision of republican property for lease (rental), trust management to individuals and non-state legal entities without the right of subsequent redemption, with the right of subsequent redemption, or the right of subsequent transfer to small business entities free of charge;

collection of income from the lease of property owned by the republic into the republican budget;

Maintaining a database for the accounting and subsequent use of confiscated property transferred (received) to the republican ownership, as well as property (assets) transferred (converted) to state revenue in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Return of Illegally Acquired Assets to the State";

Implementing, at least once every three years, monitoring the intended use of state property and the seizure of excess, unused, or improperly used property in relation to republican property;

Making decisions on concluding a gift agreement for the property of non-state legal entities and individuals transferred to republican ownership, in the manner determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Maintaining records of property, the rights to which have been acquired by the state under a gift agreement, by entering information about it into the state property register;

Monitoring the safety and operating conditions of the Baikonur complex facilities;
