General provisions

1. The state institution "Department of Education for the Glubokovsky district" of the Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan region is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that provides guidance in the field of education in the territory of the Glubokovsky district of the East Kazakhstan region, and in its activities is accountable and controlled by the state institution "Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan region".

2. The State institution "Department of Education for the Glubokovsky district" of the Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan region carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.

3. The state institution "Department of Education in the Glubokovsky district" of the Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan region is a legal entity in the organizational and legal form of a state institution, has seals and stamps with its name in the state language, forms of the established sample, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan accounts in the Treasury.

4. The state institution "Department of Education for the Glubokovsky district" of the Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan region enters into civil law relations on its own behalf.

5. The state institution "Department of Education for the Glubokovsky district" of the Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan region has the right to act as a party to civil law relations on behalf of the state, if it is authorized to do so in accordance with the legislation.

6. 11. Financing of the activities of the state institution "Department of Education for the Glubokovsky district" of the Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan region is carried out from the local budget.

12. The state institution "Department of Education for the Glubokovsky district" of the Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan region is prohibited from entering into contractual relations with business entities for the performance of duties that are the functions of the state institution "Department of Education for the Glubokovsky district" of the Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan region.

If the state institution "Department of Education for the Glubokovsky district" of the Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan region is granted the right by legislative acts to carry out income-generating activities, then the income received from such activities is directed to the state budget, unless otherwise established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
