The Government Hour on the development of fisheries has passed

Today, on November 14, 2022, a government hour on the development of Fisheries was held in the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Minister of Ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan Serikkali Brekeshev reported on the measures taken by the government for the further development of Fisheries and the main issues of today.
In addition, a number of questions were raised by the deputies.
In his address, the head of state noted the need to pay special attention to the development of the country's fish industry. The president recently, at a meeting with residents of Almaty, Atyrau and Mangistau regions, gave instructions on the development of aquaculture, preservation of natural populations of fish resources and creating favorable conditions for fish farming.
According to the results of the government hour, recommendations were developed. Appropriate measures will be taken by the Fisheries Committee to implement the instructions of the president and the proposals of the Parliament.
