According to the results of 2023, territorial divisions compiled 5,541 protocols on violations of fisheries protection legislation, imposed 98 million tenge of fines, of which 86 million tenge were collected, lawsuits in the amount of 74.7 million tenge were filed against violators. 3110 units of fishing gear and 90 units of swimming equipment were seized from illegal trafficking.
