By order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Sermagambetov Serik Sagitzhanovich was appointed to the position of Chairman of the Fisheries Committee of the Ministry.
Born in 1965 in the Kyzylorda region. Graduated from the Almaty Institute of National Economy and the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian University.
He began his career in 1988 as a senior economist at the central logistics base of the Ministry of Fisheries.
2005-2008 - Head of the Office of the Akim of Kyzylorda
2008-2009 — Deputy Akim of the Shieli District of the Kyzylorda Region.
2009-2011 — Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industry of the Kyzylorda Region.
2011-2014 — Akim of the Zhalagash District of the Kyzylorda Region.
2015-2016 — Director of the State Institution «Center for Mobilization Work and Operational Analysis in Crisis Situations» of the Akim's Office of the Kyzylorda Region.
2016-2018 — Head of the Department for Mobilization Preparation of the Kyzylorda Region.
2018-2021 — Chairperson of the regional trade union association «Kyzylorda Regional Trade Union Center».
2021-2024 — Akim of the Aral District of the Kyzylorda Region.
Prior to his appointment, he held the position of head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the Kyzylorda Region.
