Born on April 3, 1982, in Petropavlovsk, North Kazakhstan region.
She graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian and Law University in 2003, received a Master’s degree from the Kazakh Humanitarian and Law University in 2005, and graduated from the Modern Humanitarian Academy in Moscow in 2007.
She is a public auditor of the higher category and holds an international certificate of a public auditor (CIPFA Public Auditor, United Kingdom).
2000–2005: started her career in private organizations as a legal assistant, lawyer and senior lawyer.
2005–2008: junior research fellow, Head of the Division for Development of Regulatory Legal Acts in the Area of Civil, Civil Procedure and Other Related Branches of Legislation, Head of the Department for Legislative Work at the “Institute of Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan” JSC (Astana).
2008–2009: legal adviser, senior specialist on legal issues of the Department for Legal Support and Personnel Work of the “Center for Financial Violations Research” RSE under the Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget.
2009–2016: Head of the Sector, Deputy Head of the Law Department, Head of the Administrative and Financial Department, Head of the Law Department of the Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget.
2016–2021: Head of the Department for Planning, Analysis and Reporting of the Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget.
2021–2022: Member of the Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget.
By Decision of the Majilis (Lower House of Parliament) of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2022, No. 607-VII MP, she was appointed Member of the Supreme Audit Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
