PRESS RELEASE IV International Forum CARBON-KZ "The system of trade in greenhouse gas emissions in the context of the international initiative on low-carbon development "

On June 1, 2018 the fourth annual International Forum Carbon-KZ was held in Astana. 

Organizers of the Forum are: Association of Ecological Organizations of Kazakhstan, ALE "Commodity Exchange" Kaspiy "with the support of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, JSC" Zhasyl Damu ", European Energy Exchange (EEX).

Representatives of relevant ministries, JSC "Zhasyl Damu", international speakers, nature users, brokers, financial institutions, as well as representatives of commodity exchanges of the European Union take part in the forum.

The Forum participants discuss topical issues related to the regulation of greenhouse gas emissions, changes in legislation in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the situation on the exchange market of carbon units and prospects for their trade, the role of market participants in exchange trades, management of operational and financial risks, clearing.
