The Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 6, 2016 "On Legal Acts" in connection with the reduction of the normative indicators of the reliability of electricity supply, within the framework of the project "On Amendments to Order No. 214 of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 20, 2016" On Approval of the Normative Values of Power Supply Reliability Indicators, conducted an analysis of regulatory impact.
According to subparagraph 2 of clause 7 of the "Rules for Conducting and Using Regulatory Impact Analysis of Regulatory Instruments" approved by Order No. 748 of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2015, a round table will be held on public discussion of the results of the regulatory impact analysis on August 23, 2018 at Astana, Mangilik El av., 10, in the cabinet 703.
