Please be informed that according to the schedule of auctions for 2018, approved by Order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of 22.02.18 No. 65, the JSC KOREM holds auctions for selection of renewable energy projects as follows:
1) On October 3 2018, the auctions for selection of renewable energy projects – small WPPs, auctioned installed capacity – 50 MW, the UPS zone – North, deadline for acceptance of documents – until 25.09.18, Organizer's receipt of the signed contract from the Applicant – 02.10.18, not later than 12:00 Astana time, term of payment for Organizer's Services by the Applicant – 02.10.18, not later than 18:00 Astana time, final deadline for submission of financial guarantee to the the FSC of RE LLP – 28.09.2018, on October 4, 2018, the auctions for selection of renewable energy projects – large WPPs, auctioned installed capacity – 250 MW, the UPS zone – North, deadline for acceptance of documents – until 26.09.18, Organizer's receipt of the signed contract from the Applicant – 03.10.18, not later than 12:00 Astana time, term of payment for Organizer's Services by the Applicant – 03.10.18, not later than 18:00 Astana time, final deadline for submission of financial guarantee to the the FSC of RE LLP – 01.10.2018. Auctions for selection of renewable energy projects for October 3 and 4 will be held according to the Rules of organizing and holding auctions, including qualification requirements for auction participants, the content and procedure for submitting applications, types of financial guarantee for participation in auctions and conditions of their deposit and return, the procedure for summing up the results and determining the winner, approved by Order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of 21.12.2017, No. 466. The Organizer calculates the price at the accomplishments of the following conditions – the total supply volume at least 150 % from the declared demand and number of participants in the auctions at least three;
2) The subsequent auctions for selection of renewable energy projects will be held with allowances made for the changes and additions to the Rules approved by Order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of 11.09.2018, No. 360, which come into force starting from 06.10.2018.
