In 2012-2013 a senior specialist of the Department of organizational and control work, office of the akim  of Rudny

In 2013-2014 a senior expert of the HR Department of the Ministry of regional development of the Republic of Kazakhstan

In 2014-2019 Head of the office of personnel management of the Committee on regulation of natural monopolies and protection of competition

2019 - 2022 the Head of Division of personnel development of the Ministry of Energy of RK

2022 - present the Director of the personnel development department of the Ministry of Energy of RK
