Provision of the state service
"Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require bidding (contests, auctions)" by the office of the akim of the Tashkensaz rural district.
The state service is provided by local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance, the capital, districts, cities of regional significance, akims of cities of district significance, settlements, villages, rural districts. The state service is provided by the service provider in two stages.
In order to receive this public service, individuals and legal entities through the portal send to the service provider:
the first stage:
1) an application for the acquisition of the right to a land plot in the form according to Annex 1 to these Rules in the form of an electronic document certified by the service recipient's EDS;
2) scheme (plan) of the requested land plot;
second stage: approved land management project.
Terms of service provision:
The first stage: determining the possibility of using the requested land plot for the stated purpose, making an act of choosing a land plot (when requesting a land plot for the construction of facilities, except for the construction of facilities within the settlement), issuing a conclusion of the land commission – within 12 (twelve) working days.
The second stage: making a decision on granting the right to a land plot – within 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt of the approved land management project.
Work schedule of the State Institution "Akim's Office of the Tashkent rural district":
1) From Monday to Friday, with the exception of weekends and holidays, according to the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the established work schedule from 9.00 to 18.30 hours with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30 hours.
The acceptance of applications and the issuance of the results of the provision of public services is carried out from 09.00 to 17.30 hours with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30 hours.
