There are 6 cultural facilities in the district, including: 1 Library , 1 House of Culture, 1 club Society for the blind, 1 club Society for the deaf, 1 Museum, 1 Archive, 11 monuments of history and culture.

The library has about 100,000 storage units in its book collection. Annual readership – 3370 readers, book delivery - serves 76906 thousand readers-1 hall, there are halls adapted for 32 seats.

The number of exhibits in the museum is 2364.
